Reehab’s main achievements are winning two consecutive Paralympic silver medals the first in the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Paralympic Games and the second in Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
Reehab’s athletic journey began when she was spotted by Captain Abdelhakim Fares, the former Egyptian national Para Powerlifting team coach, and he offered her the opportunity to practice weightlifting. She amazed him by lifting 50 kgs in her first attempt. Her first international participation came when she was 23 years old, at the 5th Fazza International Championship in Dubai, where she won the gold medal.
